On January 19th, 2018 Superheat technicians (left to right) Rafael Galan, Gabino Berrones and Jorge Berrones, were working a confined space, when their 4-gas monitors started alarming. The entry attendant had the workers exit the area and reported the alarm to Operators. Investigations revealed the monitors alarmed falsely and once the area was re-evaluated, work resumed.
Client management acknowledged this crew for their prompt actions and ability to correctly follow protocol. We want to recognize these technicians for putting safety first and representing Superheat with competence!
