Superheat participated as a sponsor of the 2018 Valero Texas Open Benefit for Children (April 22-23rd, 2018 – San Antonio, Texas.)
The Valero Energy Corporation is one of Superheat’s energy clients, specializing in transportation fuels and petrochemical products. Since Valero became the title sponsor of the Texas Open in 2002, they have proudly donated to multiple children’s charities through their Benefit for Children fundraiser, providing a total contribution of $122 million thus far!
This incredible initiative helps change the lives of thousands of disadvantaged, abused or neglected children in the U.S, by funding agencies with the means of supporting those in need.
Andrew Landry, 2018 VTO Champion
The Texas Open celebrated it’s 95th year in 2017 and has been named not only one of the oldest professional golf tournaments in the world, but the oldest to have been held in the same city in its entire existence.
It has welcomed some of the greatest names in golfing history and has become one of the top charitable events on the PGA Tour. They have become the fourth tournament to ever reach the $100 Million milestone in charitable donations, and often credit their continued success to their growing community and sponsor support.
Superheat is honored to contribute towards this event and the cause that it supports.
