Superheat Heat Treatment

Superheat Passes Two Consecutive Audits on Our Nuclear Class I QA Program

Superheat passes 2 audits on our nuclear Class I QA Program, allowing us to continue delivering top-tier on-site heat treatment services.

Last month, we underwent rigorous audits conducted by Aecon and Framatome to assess our nuclear Class I QA Program. Over the course of two full days, auditors meticulously reviewed documentation, conducted personnel interviews, and observed our processes. We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve exceeded requirements once again, earning praise for the strength of our program, the cutting-edge technology we employ, and the expertise of our staff!

Roberta Ashdown, Superheat’s Quality Director, remarked, “The completion of two external audits of our nuclear quality assurance program confirms Superheat’s ability to deliver top-tier on-site heat treatment services. One audit was conducted by a Nuclear Industry Assessment Corporation (NIAC) member, extending our ability to service NIAC-associated companies. As Quality Director, I’m thankful for our team’s dedication to following processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Superheat’s consistent reliability in heat treatment truly underscores our dedication to quality.”

While we’re proud of our achievements, we remain committed to ongoing improvement, ensuring that your on-site heat treatment projects receive the utmost quality for years to come!
