Client Representative X Available daily to sign work acceptance forms and accept charts.
Heat Treatment Instruction and Schedule X Client to provide clear, Weld Release Documentation for heat treatment. In the absence of instructions, the heat treatment specifications detailed in Superheat’s Quality Assurance Process Heat Cycle Parameters form (FD-SH284) will be utilized.
Mob/Demob Support X X Equipment will arrive to site by Superheat vehicle. Assistance is required to load, unload, and place equipment.
Furnace Load X 24 hours notice is required for scheduling.
Decontamination (Nuclear Quotes) X Decontamination of equipment must be provided. If equipment cannot be decontaminated within 5 days of completion of project, customer will be charged a daily rate of 8 hours until decontaminated.
Weld identification X Welds to be identified to qualified Superheat personnel, in line with the Client Weld Release Documentation.
Additional Craft Labor X X Man-lift operator, scaffold for work required at heights, electrician to connect and disconnect Superheat consoles from Client power, entry attendants with air monitors, protection/removal of valves, and fire watch as required.
Safe Work Environment X Client to ensure preparation of the workpiece and work-area in that shall be free of all hazards and foreign materials which may be detrimental to the heat treatment process, including application, where required, of high temperature anti-oxidation compound. Heat sensitive equipment should be removed or prepared to withstand exposure to the heat treatment process per manufacturer recommendation. Client shall provide and enforce all required permitting and safety protocols including any specialized or site-specific safety training for on-site work.
Component Support X X Additional supports to prevent distortion may be required for any components at risk of detrimental stresses due to material weight or restraining attachments.
Fuel X Diesel Fuel where Generator(s) are required for power.
Power Service within 80ft of component (Nuclear) X 1 (One) 480/575 Volt, 60Amp, power service per 6Wi Heat Treating Unit located within 80ft of the component as applicable.
Power Service for Client Supplied Power Model CN 6 or 12 X 1 (One) 480/575 Volt, 60Amp, power service per Superheat SmartPoint™ located within 80ft of the component as applicable.
Power Service for Client Supplied Power Model CN 18 or 24 X 1 (One) 480/575 Volt, 100Amp, power service per Superheat SmartPoint™ located within 80ft of the component as applicable.
Weather Protection X X Weather protection for all equipment and components.
Standard Amenities X X Suitable lighting, restroom facilities, potable water, 110V power, emergency first aid.
Waste Bin X X For disposal of insulation.
Fire Blanket X To cover preheat insulation.
Standby Delays X Billable at the daily minimum charge of men and equipment on site for 8 hours/shift where work is delayed by factors outside of Superheat control.
Work Start Delays X Billable for minimum 4hrs where start is delayed due to factors outside of Superheat control.

General Terms

Term Commitment
Overtime Definition Applicable to all hours over a standard 8-hour shift Monday through Friday and all hours worked Saturdays, Sundays, and/or Statutory Holidays
OR, Applicable to all hours worked after the first 40 hours Monday through Friday and all hours worked Saturday, Sunday and/or Statutory Holidays.
Double Time Definition Applicable after 12 hours worked on any shift Monday through Saturday, after any 8 hours worked on a Sunday, or all hours on Statutory Holidays.
Prices confirmed through Standard 90 days unless otherwise identified.
Payment Terms Standard Net 30 days.
Taxes Extra as governed by local law.
Hawaii Taxes All applicable taxes are extra, plus 4.7120% for General Excise Tax and County Surcharge Tax.
Insurance Standard applies, or extras for riders where applicable.
