Superheat Heat Treatment

Target Zero in 2016

We Haven’t Won The Race…But It Feels Like We Are Out Front!!

Target Zero Logo

We are proud to announce that our Superheat FGH Services team completed 2016 with ZERO RECORDABLE INJURIES! While we measure our organizational performance through many different metrics; including customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction, for example; there is no more important metric than safety and no more important goal than ZERO.

However, we recognized that this is not the end of a journey. It is very easy to become complacent and satisfied with the achievement, but our team is already focused on achieving the same results at the end of 2017. By embracing existing programs like Orientation Safety Training, Safety Audits and Inspections, and Safe Work Action Team (SWAT) scorecards, we keep the train rolling. We are also looking to each of our teammates in the field to help with next generation Technology Enhancements as well as assuming the role of Safety Leader on our customer sites; We Are All In This Together.

Superheat FGH Founder and CEO said, “Superheat FGH Services people worked in excess of 700,000 hours without a recordable injury in 2016, a milestone that confirms our position as “Best in Class” in the heat treatment industry. At the heart of this accomplishment is; teamwork, planning, communication, commitment, and having a caring attitude towards our fellow workers.”

TARGET ZERO in 2017!! If you aren’t part of the solution, you are part of the problem.
