Superheat Employees Raise $25,000 in Support of the Kincardine & Community Health Care Foundation

Superheat is proud to share the successful completion of our “$25K in 2025: Imaging a Better Tomorrow” campaign, raising $25,000 in support of the Kincardine & Community Health Care Foundation and its efforts to fund critical diagnostic imaging equipment for the Kincardine hospital, beginning with the addition of a new MRI machine.

The campaign, which ran throughout 2025, was made possible by the collective efforts of Superheat employees, who contributed through payroll deductions, company-matched donations, and a series of employee-led, community-focused fundraising events. Together, these efforts demonstrated the powerful impact of workplace giving and community-driven philanthropy.

“The success of this campaign is a testament to what can be achieved when a company and its
people come together in support of local health care,”
said Becky Fair, President of Kincardine &
Community Health Care Foundation and HR Director at Superheat. “We are incredibly grateful to
each contributor for their generosity, engagement, and commitment to improving care close to
home.”

Superheat was founded in Kincardine in 2000 by our CEO, Norm MacArthur, and while the company has grown into a global organization, our connection to the community where we began remains strong. Supporting local initiatives that strengthen health care access for families in the region remains an important part of our company values.

“This campaign reflects what is possible when people come together around a cause that truly matters,” said MacArthur. “Our employees stepped up in a meaningful way, and their collective efforts will have a lasting impact on patient care in our community.”

Funds raised through the campaign will help support the purchase of essential diagnostic imaging equipment, starting with a new MRI machine. Access to local MRI services will help reduce
patient travel and waiting times, support hospital staff, and improve the overall delivery of care for
patients and families across Kincardine and the surrounding region.

We are grateful to our employees who participated, organized events, and helped make this campaign a success. We are equally proud to support the important work of the Kincardine & Community Health Care Foundation and the role it plays in ensuring our hospital has the equipment it needs to provide high-quality care.

Reaching the $25,000 goal is a meaningful milestone, but it is only the beginning. The momentum created by this campaign has inspired us to think even bigger about how we can continue supporting the community that has supported us for more than two decades. Stay tuned for an exciting Superheat community fundraising campaign planned for 2026!
