We are proud to share that Superheat recently achieved a successful internal audit of our Class I Nuclear Quality Assurance Program with zero findings and zero observations.
Conducted by an independent Lead Auditor with extensive nuclear industry experience, the audit evaluated our quality program against stringent nuclear requirements through reviews of project records, work activities, personnel interviews, and day-to-day implementation of our quality procedures.
Internal audits are a critical component of nuclear quality assurance, helping to verify compliance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the quality management system. For our clients, this result provides added confidence that Superheat continues to deliver the quality, reliability, and accountability expected for their nuclear heat treatment.
Roberta Ashdown, Superheat Quality Director, noted, “A zero-finding, zero-observation audit is more than a measure of compliance. It demonstrates the strength of Superheat’s nuclear safety culture and our commitment to continuously strengthening processes and delivering the level of quality our customers expect.”
Congratulations to our team for their dedication to quality, safety, and operational excellence!
