We are proud to announce that Superheat has been recognized as the Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year for 2026!
This award celebrates excellence in business growth, customer service, and community leadership- values at the heart of our organization since Norm MacArthur founded Superheat in Kincardine, Ontario, Canada, in 2000. Today, while our operations span North America, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East, we remain deeply connected to the community where our story began.
As the industry specialist in on-site heat treatment, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions for our partners around the world. Equally important is our commitment to giving back to the 26 communities in which we operate, a principle instilled in our company from day one. Whether supporting local healthcare, community initiatives, charitable organizations, or employee-led fundraising efforts, we believe strong businesses help build stronger communities.
Thank you to the Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce for this incredible honour. Representing Superheat at the ceremony, Becky Fair, Betty-Ann MacArthur, and Dylan Sayle (pictured) proudly accepted the award on behalf of the company.
While our footprint now spans multiple continents, our values remain firmly planted where it all began. This recognition reminds us that growth is most meaningful when paired with a commitment to people, service, and community.
